Refund policy

RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

A). You may cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not shipped, and it is not a Special Order, as those are not subject to cancellation or refund. If the order has been shipped, the "Refund Procedure" section outlined below must be followed. To cancel an order or request a refund for an order placed on www.resonnairehome.com, please contact our Customer Care Department at hello@resonnairehome.com for any refund-related questions, and we will handle each return on a case by case basis.  If the item has not shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a store credit, or if requested, a refund for the amount paid. Refunds are issued as outlined in the "Refund Procedure" section.

 

(B). Upon shipment of merchandise, all sales are considered accepted by the Customer and are final, non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, or subject to credit or reselection.

 

(C). Special Orders are final and not subject to cancellation or refund.

 

(D). No refunds shall be granted after 90 days following the Sales Order date. However, after 90 days, if a credit is due, the Customer will receive a store credit for the deposit amount. Resonnaire Home L.L.C. shall have no obligation to refund any monies to the Customer, nor honor any credit given to the Customer, after one (1) year from the original Sales Order date.

 

Refund Procedure

(A). Only the original purchasing Customer that appears on the original Sales Order has the right to request a refund. All refunds will be made to the original purchasing Customer, regardless of who made payments into the Customer's account. Charges made with credit cards will be refunded to the original credit card(s) used. All refund requests will be subject to verification. All refunds are processed and issued by the central corporate offices of Resonnaire Home L.L.C. within 10 working days of request. No cash refunds will be given.

 

(B). Upon Customer's request, Resonnaire Home L.L.C. will apply any credit refund to the Customer's account for other purchases at www.resonnairehome.com. Resonnaire Home L.L.C. is authorized to use any of the Customer's refund credit to any outstanding balance on the Customer's account. For promotions that offer Free Items with minimum purchase amounts, if the qualifying merchandise is canceled or returned, deposits or payments made on this order will be used to pay for the full retail price of Free items received, unless they are returned.
